NIPUN Lakshya is a program by the Ministry of Education in India called the National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy. The program’s goal is to help students in grades up to 3 develop a strong foundation in reading, writing, and math by the end of grade 3, or by the 2026-2027 academic year.
