PM SHRI ( PM Schools for Rising India) School is a centrally sponsored scheme by the Government of India. This initiative is intended to develop more than 14500 PM SHRI Schools in which every student feels welcomed and cared for, where a safe and stimulating learning environment exists, where a wide range of learning experiences are offered, and where good physical infrastructure and appropriate resources conducive to learning are available to all students.
It will nurture students in a way that they become engaged, productive, and contributing citizens for building an equitable, inclusive, and plural society as envisaged by the National Education Policy 2020.
Under This Scheme PM SHRI KV CME conducted many activities and also improve the infrastructure for the holistic development of the children.
Field Visit: organising education visit related to the historical, science, agriculture etc places to learn by experiences.
Improvement of Class Learning – under this schemes class is upgraded by interactive board for better understanding of children.
Improvement of sports facilities – under this scheme sports facilities upgraded for better heath and fitness of children.
Self Defence Training – under this schemes self-defence training provided to girl’s students.
Workshops on Hands-on Skills: Engaging students in practical skills such as mural painting, fostering creativity ,artistic expression and robotics.
Development of Kitchen Gardens: Promoting sustainability and environmental education by involving students in the cultivation of kitchen gardens within school premises.
Sessions on Psychometric Assessment: Helping students understand their strengths, weaknesses, and interests through psychometric assessments to guide their academic and career choices.
